Over lockdown one of our maths tasks each day was to practise prototec, just like we do every day at school.
Here is my best work.

Team Awa Mini Olympic Games.
In Team Awa we have been learning about the Olympic Games and using this in our maths. In class we had our own mini olympic games to help us explore measurement. Here is a recount I wrote about this.

Matariki T-shaped
I worked with Bella, Nakita and Nerali. For our Matariki T-Shaped Literacy we have been learning about Matariki and language features. We also got to retell a Matariki story. Here is my work.
It was easy to record because the iPad was on the stand.
It was hard to find different spots.
I liked using the puppets.

Outdoor classroom -Movie
On outdoor classroom day we went out the back to make movies about hut making.
We learned about making huts and movies. I learned that making a movie is just like writing a story
It was easy to record the shots.
It was hard to make sore that the iPad was not wobbling.
I liked it because i went around the back to make my movie

Photo Challenge
I have been learning about taking photos on an iPad. We were learning about the rule of thirds. The rule of thirds is to put the subject on the side. It makes the photo look more interesting. We also got to look at different photos and see how different angles create different stories for the same subject (what we are taking a picture of).
I liked taking pictures of the slide and taking photos from different angles. The picture I liked best is the
wide shot because you can see the whole thing.
